Employment Works provides Ottawa employers with certified staff, ready to start work right away.
Our youth have completed first-aid and mental health training, alongside a host of industry-specific certifications that will help them start work on day one.
Best of all, employers can access subsidies that help offset the costs of bringing on new staff. With the support of our partners, we can provide grants that cover the salary costs of new employees during the starting period, generally lasting 12 weeks.
